I provide individual counseling services to adults, adolescents, and chidlren. My priority is to help you find relief when you are experiencing distress. I work with clients who are experiencing a variety of issues, including anxiety, career issues, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship issues, and trauma.
Services
Individual Therapy Sessions
I provide services based on client needs. I take an in-depth look at a client's issues and needs. I believe each client is unique and therefore, therapy often needs to be tailored to the individual. I typically use a variety of interventions to provide the most efficient and significant relief for the client.
Insurance and Fees
Our initial appointment is $200 for a 60-minute session and following appointments are $150 for 55-60 minute sessions.
I currently accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
If you have another insurance provider, I'm considered an out-of-network provider and do not directly bill your insurance. This means that the client is responsible for session fees at the time of the appointment. However, I am happy to provide you with a form that you can send to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, upon request.
